By accessing and using GeoCheapest TCG ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Order and Payment Terms

All purchases through GeoCheapest are subject to:

  • Product availability and pricing at the time of order
  • Payment processing through Stripe
  • Acceptance by the vendor before order confirmation
  • All prices displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Applicable taxes calculated at checkout

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms include:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Shipping carriers include UPS and Canada Post
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
  • International shipping may be subject to customs fees

5. Returns and Refunds

Return policies are set by individual vendors. Generally:

  • Most vendors accept returns within 30 days
  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Opened trading card products are typically non-returnable
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of receipt

6. Intellectual Property

All content on GeoCheapest, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

  • Reproduce or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks without written consent
  • Scrape or data mine our platform

7. Limitation of Liability

GeoCheapest acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and vendors. We are not responsible for:

  • Product quality, authenticity, or condition
  • Vendor fulfillment or shipping delays
  • Disputes between buyers and vendors
  • Third-party services (Stripe, Shippo, etc.)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the transaction in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
